Gwamnatin Najeriya ta bayyana cewa kashi 63 cikin 100 na ‘yan kasar, wato kwatankwacin mutane miliyan 133 na fama da talauci.
An gabatar da wannan adadi ne yayin da ake kaddamar da sakamakon binciken hadin gwiwar kwararrun cikin gida da na waje kan Talauci a Najeriya ranar Alhamis a Abuja.
Hukumar Kididdigar Najeriya da Hukumar Bunkasa Ci Gaban kasashe ta Majalisar Dinkin Duniya (UNDP) da UNICEF, da kuma hukumar OPHI da ke sa ido kan yaki da talauci da cigaban dan Adam ne suka gudanar da aikin hadin gwiwar.
Kwararru sun yi amfani da muhimman fannonin rayuwar dan Adam da suka hada da kiwon lafiya, walwala, ilimi, da tsaro da kuma rashin aikin yi wajen tantance girman matsalar talaucin a Najeriya.
Binciken wanda ya tantance gidaje sama da 56,000 a fadin Jihohi 36 da kuma birnin Abuja a Najeriyar, a tsakanin watan Nuwamban shekarar 2021 zuwa Fabrairun 2022, ya nuna cewa kashi 65 cikin 100 na talakawa, kawatankwacin mutane miliyan 86, suna zaune ne a yankin Arewacin kasar, yayin da kashi 35, kusan kusan Miliyan 50 suna zaune ne a yankin Kudanci.
Rahoton ya kuma bayyana jihar Sokoto a matsayin wadda ke kan gaba wajen fama da talauci a Najeriya, la’akari da cewar kashi 91 cikin 100 na al’ummarta na fama da talaucin, yayin da matsalar ta fi karanci a jihar Ondo mai kashi 27 cikin 100 na talakawa a cikinta.
