The three event of United Nations on 26 June

First today is THE SEAFARERS DAY
The day of the seafarer takes place annually on June 25th. The Seafarers Day was launched in 2010 by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the United Nations (UN) to promote a career as a seafarer and to provide general information about the profession.
Secondly is WORLD REFRIGERATION DAY
The World Refrigeration Day is an international day established by the World Refrigeration Day Secretariat in Derbyshire, England. Held annually on 26 June, it was created to raise awareness about the importance of refrigeration technologies in everyday life and to raise the profile of the refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat-pump sector. The day was chosen to celebrate the birth date of Lord Kelvin on 26 June 1824.
Thirdly today is INTERNATIONAL DAY AGAINST DRUG ABUSE AND ILLICIT DRUG TRAFFICKING
The International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Narcotics, or – World Drug Day – for short, officially the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, takes place annually on June 26th. This day of action was set by the United Nations General Assembly resolution in December 1987 and is directed against drug abuse.
