Governor Baba Gana Umara Zulum of Borno State sets up panel, gives 7 days over alleged slitting of student’s throat at private schools in the state
The Governor give order through the ministry of education of Borno State which announced in a press release by the director of the ministry Mr Sadiq Kabir.
