El’s empowerment foundation is a humanitarian, non-profit-making, non-governmental organization. The foundation recognizes that one of the essential requirements for developing communities is to empower women and youths to be visionary in creating ideals that will better their life and enhance their communities.
The Foundation executes Youth empowerment programs for over decades in different parts of Nigeria. El’s Empowerment foundation remains an attitudinal, structural, and cultural process whereby young people gain the ability, authority, and agency to make decisions and implement change in their own lives and the lives of other people.
El’s Foundation empowerment is a Non- profitable organization founded with the aim to improve on the quality of life of vulnerable women and youths by providing them with hand-work and welfare in a happy and nurturing environment to achieve smiling faces assured of success.
El’s foundation empowerment is at Kano police barracks Bompai under the flat form of police wife’s association(POWA) the foundation has empowered over 170 youths both women and vulnerabl on different kinds of hand-work
