Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, held a phone call on Monday with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.
The two officials discussed ongoing mediation efforts between the United States and Iran, as well as recent developments in Lebanon.
During the call, Al-Thani reaffirmed Qatar’s support for efforts aimed at reducing regional tensions and reaching a comprehensive agreement that would strengthen security, stability, and lasting peace in the region.
