The staff of Urban Planning and Development Authority (KNUPDA) have hailed the Managing Director, Arch. Ibrahim Yakubu Adamu for the love and concern he has shown to one of the directors, Alhaji Balarabe Sabo Bakin Zuwo who recently retired from service.
Speaking during the send-off ceremony in honour of the retired director, the Director, Personnel Management, Alhaji Aminu Umar commended the MD for organising the grand occasion, adding that this shows how friendly he is to all his staff.
On his part, Tpl Junaidu Abdullahi described Alhaji Balarabe Sabo Bakin Zuwo as an easy-going, patient and tolerant person since when they were in secondary school.
He stated that Alhaji Balarabe had left a big vacuum which would be very difficult to fill in the Marketing Department and KNUPDA in general considering his hard work and dedication.
In his remarks, the Managing Director, Arch.Ibrahim Yakubu Adamu described Alhaji Balarabe Sabo Bakin Zuwo as trustworthy and urged other staff to emulate him.
Responding, the retired Director, Marketing, Alhaji Balarabe Sabo Bakin Zuwo expressed appreciation and happiness for the honour and thanked the managing director and other colleagues for the love shown to him.
He described the gesture as unforgettable and urged for forgiveness from those he had offended knowingly or unknowingly in the course of his service at KNUPDA.
Hajiya Salamatu Sabo Bakin Zuwo extends their gratitude to the MD and KNUPDA staff on behalf of the entire Sabo Bakin zuwo family.
She then prayed for the success of the administration of Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, the Executive Governor of Kano State.
